These Terms govern your use of the Viridis MCP services ("Service") provided by Viridis North LLC ("Viridis", "we", "us"). By signing up or using the Service you ("Customer") agree to these Terms.
Viridis provides API-accessible attribution-enforcement primitives for AI agents, including injection detection, canon scanning, envelope verification, and adversarial-dissipation defense, as documented at /docs. The Service is provided over HTTPS at https://mcp.viridis-security.com.
You must provide a valid email and not share or expose your API key. You are responsible for all activity under your key. Notify us promptly at security@viridis-security.com if you suspect compromise; we will issue a replacement.
Subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise) and overage rates are as published at https://mcp.viridis-security.com §Pricing. Paid tiers are billed monthly in advance via Stripe; overages are billed in arrears. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no prorated refunds).
You agree not to: (a) attempt to circumvent rate limits or quota; (b) reverse-engineer the Service's proprietary detection logic; (c) use the Service to attack or compromise any system you do not own or have explicit authorization to test; (d) submit content unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations.
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and retain. Inputs submitted to /v1/injection/detect are processed in-memory and not persisted by default; explainability tokens reference reasoning traces retained for 30 days. Customer-specific canon registrations and account metadata are retained for the lifetime of the account.
Free and Starter tiers are provided on a best-effort basis with no SLA. Growth tier targets 99% monthly uptime; Scale tier targets 99.9% with service credits per our SLA (forthcoming). Scheduled maintenance announced ≥24h in advance. The Service is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the United States.
The hosted Service, including the canon database, detection engine, and verified-theorem implementations, is the proprietary property of Viridis North LLC. Open-source client SDKs and integration examples are licensed under Apache-2.0; see github.com/viridis-security/mcp-services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will detect every adversarial injection, eliminate all attribution risk, or be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of detection output for production decisions is at your discretion and risk. The corpus theorems backing the Service are mathematically verified; their applicability to your specific deployment is your responsibility to evaluate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viridis's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Viridis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice. Viridis may terminate immediately for material breach (acceptable-use violations, non-payment beyond 30 days). On termination, your API keys are revoked and your data deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Vermont under AAA commercial rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via email to your account address and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
